Completed in 1980, this town house was a forerunner in modern compact housing design during its time. Like many houses designed in that era, the use of natural daylight was not as prevalent as in today’s designs. To improve the aesthetic outlook of the house and bring it in line with contemporary designs of today, the careful use of energy efficient lighting design and clever use of designed-in fittings has modernized the profile of the house.
