Induction: Retail and Office Complex, Singapore
The completion of this complex in 2002 has transformed an established suburban town centre into a vibrant hub of activity. Served by Singapore’s first air-conditioned bus interchange cum underground station, the complex has over 186,000 square feet of retail space. The indoor spaces had to be kept well lit to maintain shopper interest and required lux levels. High ceilings and the building atrium have adopted the use of high lux but low wattage energy efficient lamp sources.
