Originally completed in 1970′s this five star luxury hotel in the heart of the shopping belt has undergone several renovations, the latest being a new wing of rooms. In line with the Hotel operator’s objectives to Go Green and manage operating costs, energy efficient lighting has been effectively used for much of the indirect lighting in the common areas. The reduced ambient heat load enables the air conditioning system to work more efficiently.
